Failure to provide correct forms, fees and payment types may result in the rejection of your application(s) and require a new scheduling date.All passport applications require two separate payments: A passport Application fee (payable by check or money order) and a standard processing fee (payable by check, money order, or credit/debit card - excluding Amex). *Note: Our office does not accept renewal passport applications for adults. *Applicants applying for adult passport renewals must renew by mail. All locations accept the following payment types: Check, Money Order or Credit/Debit Card - excluding Amex. Appointments are available between 9:00AM - 4:00PM Monday-Friday at all locations. .
