
The Fulton County Clerk of Superior and Magistrate Courts Deeds and Records' Room conveniently serves as the home of real estate, military discharge, trade names and other recorded instruments dating back to the early 1800's.
Please note, that our office cannot conduct legal research over the phone. If you have questions regarding a property, whether it be the deed or lien index, you must conduct research independently or contact a title search company. To conduct independent research, you can visit the Deed Room and utilize our computer lab or search online on the 3rd party site Georgia Superior Court Clerk's Cooperative Authority (GSCCCA). There is a $5 fee for 4 hours of access.
The Deeds and Records' Room is located in the Lewis Slaton Courthouse on the ground floor.
